Closing the chapter of syndicate - Finding 3

Syndicate's teamwork

Below attachment showed both lynlynnakamori and alphie talking to a fellow IN member limchris8. Do you all see a pattern there?

The conversations was a snapshot of a posting by alphie dated 7th Feb 2018, one day before Midas was suspended for fraud.

If you read in details, both lynlynnakamori as well as alphie were trying to convince limchris8 to hold his position on Midas instead of taking profit. limchris8 concurred with them after these conversation. It all looked very normal right, but here is what many people never noticed.

1. Lynlynnakamori appeared and commented in alphie post.
2. Lynlynnakamori talked to limchris8
3. Alphie talked to limchris8
4. Lynlynnakamori never talked to alphie throughout.

Strange right? They talked behind the scene is it?

Here in another snapshot of conversation between lynlynnakamori and limchris8, lynlynnakamori was seen trollimg limchris8 and seemed to be framing and talking down on him about selling Midas. See limchris8 replied carefully as he tried to defense himself from her attack. Lynlynnakamori deleted all her comment trail and blocked limchris8 after that. Can you see how it was done now.

Now, this is the best part. Time went by fast, everyone moved on from Midas event. Alphie claimed to have stucked with tonnes of money, everyone took pity on him, lynlynnakamori claimed it was a bad trade, everyone believed her. Those who bought Midas, took the hit but blamed only to themselves for being greedy.

Then Creative play started soon after, you get such reply from alphie. How shocking!  No one see this or no one bother to see?

lynlynnakamori posted tonnes of estimates on daily basis and alphie has also talked to her few times in Midas post, how can alphie claimed not know who is lynlyn? The more this young syndicate try to play pretence, the more it get leaked.

In conclusion, I think InvestingNote or other forum has become the places where syndicates will find their prey. I suspect Lynlynnakamori could be the ring leader and many young adults are jointly under the same umbrella working towards a common goal.

I am writing this with the intention to educate the investment community and shared some lights on what may be true or not true about these two profiles. It is impossible to prove that my speculation was 100% right unless MAS could step in and do an investigation.

Also, there are peoples who really did not mind about these syndicates as long as  they can make money with syndicates' help. So good luck to all. My work is finally done, case closed. Oh, one more.

  1. Appreciate your CSI work. This must have taken up quite a bit of your time. I am following LynLyn on investingnote for updates and stocks to note from time to time. Your blog entry really opened up my eyes and have to be careful when looking at these type of forum.

  2. No problem, I just realised many young investors out there do not know much about syndicates and the risks involved. Can follow lynlyn for her tips only on fundamentally good stocks..good stocks are for her promotion purposes, beware of the China related stocks or pennies that she called. Those are usually traps. Know your risks if you are following her.

  4. Haha.. it seemed that you are hinting something.. I could only guess that:
    1. You think I have returned to IN and use the clone name nihao. Saw that MAS regulation which he posted in IN. Very timely posting but really I am not him.
    2. You are kallangriver bro who had come to say 'nihao' or 'Hi' haha
    3. You are the nihao guy in IN who happened to read my blog.

  5. Hi IPOTrust, thank you for taking time to look into things and sharing.
Not sure if you're still update on happenings on IN, but recently Alphie has been promoting Falcon Energy. He is always posting on the CP thread that Instinet, ML, UBS are buying into the counter (he's "testing small lots".

In your experience, do funds like ML in particular buy into such penny stocks?

  6. Hi there, yah, I still go in IN to see news and updates, read funny posts by KallangRiver bro make me laught. Haha
Yah, dont follow Alphie that profile, nothing he said is credible..
Falcon Energy is almost a gone case fundamentally in my view... dont get yourself trapped in these pennies..look at Midas, Yuuzoo, even my Nico.
In my experience, I dont think ML will be buying Falcon Energy.
So becareful, the chart is dropping, its telling you something..
If you have bought, any change the syndicates pushed up price, quickly run.

Now I saw her in IN and recently said she is 18, I was liked~ u are posting at SJ at age 13-15? I follow her in IN to learn the market. Dont really buy the stocks she calls, just monitor her impact to the stocks. Of cos won't be exchanging private contact with someone i don't know.
One weird thing is, theres a xinsg, two self claimed japanese never talked to each other before. Weird...

    1. Haha..thanks for visiting old friend. Yah, dragon had a wonderful dive today due to potential delisting fear. We have no more dragon shares since months ago, yah, sold it and have never looked back. Part of the reason was because of gold mining acquisition news which sounded very fishy to me. Dragon was suppose to annouced its tie up with ZhuHai YinLong on 9th April, that was not happening as well. ASTI news on semicon sales was also seemed too good to be true. I have serious doubts about them. I hope you do not own any of them now...hehe
Oh.. by the way, lynlyn owned Dragon.. she bought it around 0.03 plus haha... surely there are some who followed her...

    2. Haha I dont own them...not my cup of tea. But what I don't understand is what would investor get when Dragon delist? nothing? Shouldn't they get something close to book value? Or it would be something else? Given the sharp drop today obviously the market don't think they can get back their $...

Also want to ask you, any view on the upcoming IPO Asian Healthcare Specialist?

    3. I think Dragon investors may not get good offer from delisting, partly because the company is cash poor. However, ASTI is a majority shareholder, so market is still waiting for ASTI to come out with a solution. I also believe Dragon is anxiously waiting for YinLong to conclude the acquisition..

IPO Asian Healthcare Specialist is probably going to be ok.. not an exciting IPO for me though other than the fact that UOB is the issue manager. Share placement quantity is low, so demand will still be there. Healthcare IPO should be quite ok, can apply it for a flip but not long term for me.
